Organisation
Select your organisation from the list. If your organisation is not listed, select Other and enter the name of your organisation in the text field.

Your use of the Carrick Exchange is governed by the following terms and conditions:

1.

The Carrick Institute accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered as a result of use of the Carrick Exchange.

2.

The ownership of and intellectual property rights in any contributions which are project material from projects funded by the Carrick Institute are vested in the Carrick Institute, as per the terms and conditions set out in pre-existing individual project Funding Agreements.

3.

Users contributing to the Carrick Exchange are bound by Creative Commons Licensing arrangements. See Rights Management Licensing Framework.

4.

In relation to any material contributed by you:


a.

You grant the Carrick Institute a permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sublicense, create derivative works from and incorporate in other works that material at any time in the future, in any form and for any purpose;

b.

You warrant that you are, or will be at the relevant time, entitled to deal with the intellectual property rights in the material, including any embedded third party material;

c.

You warrant that the receipt of the material by the Carrick Institute is not illegal or defamatory and will not expose the Carrick Institute to any civil or criminal liability, including but not limited to a warranty that the material is not misleading or deceptive or likely to mislead or deceive;

d.

You indemnify the Carrick Institute for any breach of the warranties contained in 4.b and 4.c above.

5.

These terms and conditions are to be understood and applied within the context of the general conditions of use applying to future versions and public releases of the Carrick Exchange, namely that:

Use of the Carrick Exchange is expected to be undertaken for educational, professional, personal and non-commercial purposes and in compliance with the Code of Practice Policy.

6.

The Carrick Institute will remove from the Carrick Exchange any contributions that do not conform to clause 5. See Content Standards: Content Removal.
